making it even harder to find legitimate messages?

(which entity or entities you're giving the alias to)
and a lifespan for the alias.

This from the RoseCity Software site about Clip Cache Plus:
Never lose another address, phone number or other important bit of data again!
This powerful, easy-to-use clipboard enhancement tool sits quietly in the system tray
monitoring all clipboard activity.
Text can be instantly edited on the spot using any of the many
handy cleanup functions available,
such as removal of the annoying ">>>>>" from emails
which have been forwarded too many times
removal of large gaps and
white space from emails or web table pasteups,
removal of linebreaks and dozens of other marvelous features.

This is an indispensable tool for Windows 95/98/Me and NT4/2000.

If you do any word processing, email or web surfing,
you can't afford to be without this tool! ).
And no other clipboard utility offers the
extraordinary range of features offered by ClipCache Plus.

With the standard windows clipboard, anything you cut-and-paste is
lost from the clipboard as soon as you copy something else.
Microsoft Office 2000 is widely publicizing it's "improved clipboard"
which now allow the clipboard to store a paltry 12 clips
and offers very little additional functionality.

With ClipCache Plus installed on your system and
sitting quietly in your system tray, all copied information
is saved in a folder or "group", whether it's a number, URL,
email address, or a sentence, paragraph, or entire document.
Even images can be stored in the folder of your choice.
It's then as simple as pulling up the window from the
system tray on your taskbar and double clicking
on the item you wish to paste up anywhere you need it.

After you have "cleaned up your text" find out how to:

I found that I needed a FTP utility to use at work -
as I  currently have 6 websites that I am maintaining,
and once in awhile I needed to "upload" or "download" a file or page
to one of these sites - So I wanted something Simple & FREE!
and that didn't use up much disk space on my workstation.
FTP Commander does the trick beautifully!
FTP Commander is simple and easy to use.
It's really the bare minimum with no extra frills or thrills.
It offers a no-nonsense interface  consisting of two side-by-side local computer
and FTP server panels.   It's easy  to establish a connection.
All you have to do is select the server you want on the list and push the Connect button.
Pre-configuring a list of most frequently accessed servers
will make your life even easier.
An application also enables users to execute two-way file
exchanges and activate multiple downloads.
The program occupies far less space on hard drives and RAM
than other similar paid programs.  It also allows you to delete,
rename and and copy files, create and delete directories in the
FTP server and work in command line mode.
A session log file is also available
And what is more, the program is absolutely free
and does not contain any annoying ad banners.
